The Challenge

Warburtons required a high-impact media wall for their Newcastle facility that would serve as both a brand showcase and functional presentation space. The installation needed to integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure while meeting strict health and safety requirements in a food production environment.

Our team designed and built a fully bespoke media wall incorporating integrated screens, branded panelling, and professional cable management. The Challenge

The client needed a dated conference suite transformed into a modern, technology-enabled meeting space that could accommodate different meeting formats while maintaining acoustic privacy for confidential discussions.

Our Solution

We delivered a comprehensive refurbishment including high-performance acoustic suspended ceilings, glazed partitions with integrated blinds for flexible privacy, upgraded lighting systems, and a clean drylining finish throughout. The room was designed to support hybrid meetings with integrated AV technology.

The Result

A versatile, modern meeting environment that supports both in-person and hybrid meetings. The glazed partitions allow natural light to flow through the space while the acoustic ceiling ensures confidential discussions remain private.

Large-scale suspended ceiling installation in a commercial warehouse conversion for office and light industrial use.

The Challenge

A large open warehouse space needed to be converted into a functional commercial environment with proper acoustic management, thermal insulation, and concealment of extensive overhead services including HVAC ducting and electrical trunking.

Our Solution

Our team installed a comprehensive suspended ceiling system across the entire floorplate, using a combination of lay-in grid tiles for the open-plan areas and MF systems for areas requiring a flush finish. The installation incorporated acoustic tiles to manage sound in the large open space and fire-rated barriers at compartment boundaries.

The Result

The warehouse was transformed into a professional, energy-efficient commercial space with excellent acoustics, concealed services, and a modern aesthetic. The ceiling system significantly improved thermal performance, reducing heating costs for the tenant.

Internal drylining and finishing works for a newly constructed commercial office building.

The Challenge

A fast-track commercial fit-out required rapid internal wall construction and finishing to meet a tight programme. The specification demanded high levels of thermal and acoustic performance to achieve the target EPC rating and provide a comfortable working environment.

Our Solution

We mobilised quickly and delivered a complete drylining package including metal stud partitions, thermal-backed plasterboard to external walls, and acoustic-rated party walls between office suites. All work was completed to a high decorative standard ready for immediate occupation.

The Result

The project was completed ahead of schedule, allowing the landlord to offer the space to market earlier than planned. The drylining specification achieved the required thermal and acoustic performance standards, contributing to an excellent EPC rating.
